Just few minutes before serving, add chopped cilantro, remaining curry leaves and lemon juice. Stir and serve hot.
Tips: If its on the dry side, you can warm it further by sprinkling water or milk to the Poha.
Batata Poha is something that I absolutely love. I made it in the very Madhya Pradesh type style. Adding in sev and serving it with Jalebi. Absolutely yum.
i was inspired to make this on impulse - but i didn't have all the ingredients - so like someone else i improvised - no onions since i don't use them or peanuts(i didn't have any) , but i added capsicum and sweet corn and it was yummmm... thanq
I mention that this is a Maharashtrian Dish. The connotation to the Northern parts of India is made as a side reference for something else. Reading the introduction once again will be more explanatory --DK
