A very easy, quick and simple recipe. Couldn't find the organic version of mori-nu and used the regular kind. Tasted a bit of the pudding pre-refrigeration and it was very tasty - not a hint of tofu. I did have to add a few drops of milk to aid my blender along the mixing process of the tofu -- perhaps that's why mine has a very pudding like consistency rather than the mousse some of you folks have been lucky to have. Maybe on my next try! Because I'm very sure I'll be making this again and again and again.
I was very skeptical about this dish as I have people in the house who are not TOFU lovers, but I love TOFU. I bookmarked this pudding as soon as I saw it and wanting to do this for long!!! The pudding has such a simple and detailed explanation that one could hardly go wrong.. Thanks for DK!!!!.. Everybody at home enjoyed it and nobody could spot the TOFU in it!!!! Amazing recipe for both TOFU lovers and TOFU non-lovers..
I have blogged about this recipe on my blog today. Please feel free to share your valuable comments and feedback - http://nivedhanams.blogspot.in/2012/09/tofu-chocolate-pudding.html.
I am so glad to hear that. Thank you :) --DK

That's a wonderful idea. Thank you. Can't wait to try it out --DK
Oh thanks for the reminder Ryan. I came to know of that a while ago, but forgot to update here. Will add a note about this. Given that I havent tried it yet with cocoa powder, I am unable to give details regarding that. If I try using that, I will def. update that info here. --DK
No idea! Its not much of a recipe anyways!
I actually piped them into my ramekins while serving. So I assume that that's good enough for frosting. --DK
