I made this dessert with combo of fresh fruits and paneer....served in a spoon for easy handling....looks cool,if served in any party or get 2gether....can be eaten during fast(upvaas) too as it does not contain any flours.
Mix all ingredients ,except for garnish,mix with light hands.
Place in serving spoon,garnish it,refrigerate till use.
NOTE:Vegans can avoid milk powder and in place of paneer can use silken tofu.
NOTE:If wish one can add almond or pista powder instead of cashew.
NOTE:I used meggi coconut powder,not the dessicated coconut powder,but if you don"t have it then can replace,it with dessicated coconut .
NOTE: If you don\"t have khus syrup then can use kiwi crush or any fruit crush in its place.(khus-khus means poopy seeds,its syrup is easily available in market,it has very refreshing n cooling effect on body)
