Bhelpuri is a snack synonymous with the beaches of Bombay. Bhelpuri stalls are ubiquitous in the city as well as in the countryside.Bhelpuri is the most delicious food of Mumbains.
For Spicy green chutney: Wash n grind all ingredients in a smooth paste,can be stored in refrigerator for a week.
For Date n tamarind chutney: Mix all ingredients n grind to smooth paste,transfer to the pan and bring 2-3 boils or till little bit thick,can be stored on self for 15 days or in freeze for a month.
For Bhelpuri: Mix all ingredients for bhelpuri in a large bowl,with light hands and serve immediately .
NOTE:This two chutneys are must for any Indian chat,so you can make and preserve in advance,can be used as marinaed to your barbequed paneer or potatoes an can be used as spread for bread,sandwich or frankies.
NOTE:One can adjust,spices and chutneys ,as to their taste too.I had given on random basis.
