 
 
This depends on the recipe and on your dietary requirements. Most recipes for French Toast will include
 Heavy Cream and a 
refined sweetener like Maple Syrup/ Sugar etc. Try my

I use 
Milk (Whole, Raw Milk) instead. You can also substitute it with 
homemade Almond Milk. Instead of any refined sweetener I use 
Raw Honey which is so much better for you. The type of Bread you use also matters. Most of the store bought breads are overly processed and bleached white varieties filled with many additives. Try making your 
own homemade white bread. Or you can also use wholegrain bread for an even healthier option.
