This one is baby food, actually asked by some CIY friend long time ago, today when I suggested this to one of ma client for her baby,I thought to share with you all,may be helpful to some new mothers, sorry friends I don"t have photo for it.

  • Cook time:
  • Prep time:
  • Yields: make one small bowl
  • 1 small red apple (washed, peeled and cubed)
  • 1 teaspoon jaggery
  • 1/2 teaspoon ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup cows milk

In a micro proof bowl, add apple and milk, cover and cook in microwave @ high power for 3 minutes and stir in between.

Now add jaggery and ragi flour and stir well.At medium power cook for 2 minutes in microwave.stir in between.

Cool little bit and blend properly in blender, serve luke warm or at room temperature according to your baby"s choice...:):)

NOTE : Infants require more iron ,calcium for their growth and development and stews like this are very good for them, hope you guys will like it:):)

NOTE: If your child is lactose intolerant then avoid milk and use mineral water instead.

NOTE: Don"t keep this stew for longer period,it must be consumed immediately,as if you keep it for more then 15 minutesthere may be chances of baby developing gastric troubles like stomach pain, colitis ie abdominal bloating or pain and so on.

Looking at all the recipes makes me wonder why I haven't given meat sooner. Knowing how bad the meat can be for your health I looked and vegetarian food/recipes with a jaundiced eye. Becoming more health concious made me see the light. Wonderful recipes.
