Keep dip and spread on hand for not only parties, but also for drop-in guests. These may be hot or cold dips and spreads, ...but what if , it is healthy too:)

  • Yields: serves 3-4 preson
  • 1 cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (cored and pureed)
  • 1 capsicum (roasted and peeled)
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1/4 cup peanuts (roasted)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (toasted)
  • 1/4 cup fresh coconut (thinly sliced)
  • 2-3 green chillies (chopped) or as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar / sugar free powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garnish:
  • Roasted peanuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a food processer and coarsly grind.


Garnish with roasted peanuts,keep in refrigerator.


Vegans can avoid hung curd .
Dish is freezable.


Can be used as rub or marination for any veggies or paneer or baby corn,while grilling.
