Kari means raw mango and khus khus means poppy seeds.A very refreshing and tangy ice candy,give relaxing effect to the mind and body in hot hot summer....!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup khus khus syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • pinch of salt
  • For Serving:
  • Fancy small fancy
Method
1.

In a blender add all ingredients and churn well,transfer to molds and set in freezer for 7-8 hrs or till set.

De mold and tuck fancy forks on the lower side of candy,serve immediately.

NOTE:You can use any other fruit syurp combo with kari pulp and make candy.
