Hi friends during Christmas and new year we make and eat lots of cakes and pies and cookies,all desserts,along with this we always search something spicy...tempting ....savory dish....I think you guys will love this to try for this new year eve,along with all desserts...:):)

  • Yields: serves 3-4 person
  • For Dough:
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or as per taste
  • salt to taste
  • For Stuffing:
  • Green olives (pitted)-as needed

In a bowl, mix together the cheese,butter,cream and paprika .Gradually mix in flour by light hands,mix until the dough form a solid ball with a smooth appearance, but have a crumbly texture when pulled apart.


Make small ball out of the dough,gently roll between your palms to smooth and seal the olive inside the ball.


Place onto a baking tray,which is lined with butter paper.Place the tray into the refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up.


Bake @ 180 degree C for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden browned.Serve hot or at room temperature, with ketchup /any hot sauce.....:)


NOTE: If wish can stuff with black olives or any other veg or nut or fruit you fancy.
