This is a Gujarati style stuffed lady's fingers /okra, i think,it can be a gr8 side dish option for any party too.....:)
For Stuffing:Mix all ingredients for stuffing and stuff in slit okras,by pressing a little,keep aside.
For Tempering:In a non stick pan heat oil and add ingredients for tempering,add stuffed okras and sprinkle little bit of water and cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 min.
Keep checking in between and if required sprinkle water over it,so that stuffing will not burn.when done serve hot with chapatti / rice / bread.
NOTE:If you wish use more oil in tempering as traditionally used,so it will not require water sprinkling or quick checking while cooking process.
NOTE: You can add 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt,over stuffed okras after the tempering,it will also help to cok okra cook fast and without being sticky.
