a very tempting and healthy relish,goes well with any snacks,chips,or can be used as bread or sandwich spread,can be used as marination for any tandoori kebabs,can be applied in between 2 small puris,and sprinkle grated cheese or paneer,roll and make sweet-spicy parantha with it...and so many so many uses.

Ingredients
  • 250 kg red carrots (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 red onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 4-5 clove garlic
  • 4-5 fresh red chillies or to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds (roasted)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (roasted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 clove
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • salt to taste
Method
1.

In a micro proof bowl,add ingredients from 1-6,mix well and cover and cook for 3 min at high temperature,stir in between.cool it off.

2.

In a grinder,add ingredients from 7-10 and make smooth powder of it,add cooked ingredients and again churn and make smooth puree.

3.

Now add ingredients from 11-14 and ,again churn and make smooth puree,transfer to serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.

Hi Aju...instead of microwvaving,you can cook them in a pan,but don"t presser cook it.. :-| :-| :-|
