I m a die hard mango fan,hence I used it for each n every dish,as now in India ,mango season started....:)
Apply butter on the trimmed bread slice,place some slice mango,sprinkle sugar on it.
Now place process and mozzarella cheese shavings on it,sprinkle,red chilli flakes and oregano over it,keep another bread slice and press little bit .
Now apply butter on bread and place mango slices,sprinkle sugar on top of it.
Now place both of the cheese shavings on it,sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano over it and keep another bread slice on it,press lightly.
On hot griddle or tawa sprinkle cooking oil and roast the sandwich from both the sides on low flame ,till golden (press in between).Cut and serve hot ,with drizzle of Honey / Maple syrup or with tender coconut ice cream or vanilla Ice cream....yummmmm
NOTE: If you want it low fat,use brown or multi grain bread,use hung curd in place of butter,use brown sugar and replace cheese with cottage cheese / paneer.
NOTE:My Vegan friends can avoid butter and replace cheese with silken Tofu and serve with non dairy whipped cream.
i had to eat something feeling for my breakfast,along with mango n some milk or any dairy product too,i was really bored of eating all things separately,hence combined all n believe me it turned out really tempting,hope you guys will love it too:)
