This salsa recipe is a fresh, healthy, low-fat and made in one step. Enjoy with Mexican corn chips.Good option for any party or with any munching.

Ingredients
  • For Base:
  • 1 cup mango (cubed)
  • 2 teaspoon raw mango (peeled and cubed)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (roasted,peeled and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes (deseeded and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup spring onion (white part) (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup spring onion greens (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander (chopped)
  • For Dressing:
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salad oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 green chilli (deseeded and chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • For Serving :
  • Roasted Papad-as required (optional)
Method
1.

For Base: In a large glass bowl add all ingredients and mix lightly with 2 spoons.Refrigerate till use.

For Dressing:In a small glass bottle add all ingredients and give a shake,refrigerate till use.

3.

For Serving: Mix dressing in salad base with 2 spoons,chill for atleast 15 min,so that dressing will properly mix with base and serve immediately on cup of roasted papad.
