Peaches: I have used
Organic peaches and hence I use them along with their skins. My blender does a good job of blending them into a smooth puree as well. But if the skins cause concern, you can peel them by dropping them into boiling water for about 30 seconds. The skin will split and you can peel them off easily.

Lemons: The amount of lemons will depend on the juiciness/ tartness level of the lemons. Further, if you want more of a peach flavor then reduce the amount of lemons or increase it if otherwise.

Cane Sugar: I use
Evaporated Cane Sugar in this recipe. But you can use any sweetener of your choice. But keep in mind that any natural sweetener can change the taste of the lemonade, so keep that in mind.
