This is a very instant and Vegan kulfi,loved by all,hope you guys will like it too...:))

  • Yields: make 3-4 kulfi
Ingredients
  • 300 ml non dairy whipped cream
  • 150 ml black current crush
  • 20 gram china grass
Method
1.

In a blender ,add all ingredients churn slowly and then transfer to kulfi molds.Set in freezer for 5-6 hrs or till set.

Serve on mango leaf or plate...delectable:))

NOTE:By same method you can make kulfi with any fruit crush.

NOTE:Non dairy cream can be replaced with regular whipping cream.
