As I told you in previous post,I make savory Basket Chat out of Vermicelli Baskets.Good option for any cocktail / mocktail party or get together.....:))

Ingredients
  • For Stuffing:
  • 1/4 cup moth bean sprouts (blanched)
  • 1/4 cup moong bean sprouts (blanched)
  • 1/4 cup green peas (blanched)
  • 1/2 cup apple (peeled and finely chopped)(any red or green)
  • 1 cup potatoes (boiled and chopped in small cubes)
  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped) or as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes or as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon jaljeera powder
  • 1 teaspoon anardana churn powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish:
  • red onions (finely chopped)
  • black salt
  • fresh coriander leaves
  • Small BASKETS-10
  • Green coriander chutney as needed
  • Sweet sour tamarind chutney as needed
Method
1.

In a bowl mix all ingredients for stuffing,spoon in baskets,sprinkle both chutney as per your taste.

Now garnish with chopped onions,coriander leaves and sprinkle little bit of black salt over it,serve immediately.

NOTE: If wish you can use nylon sev,fresh pomegranate for garnish.

NOTE: You can do variations in stuffing.
