This one is very easy,quick n healthy version of snacking...served mainly on beaches of Mumbai or ras side stall ,specially during winter season but I had given little bit twist to regular one.

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon butter or oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 green chillies (chopped)or to taste
  • 1 cup fresh green grams (sprouted)
  • 2 tablespoon potatoes (boiled and cubed)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder (roasted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon tamarind juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw mango (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoon fresh pomegranate seeds
  • salt to taste
  • fresh coriander
  • For Serving :
  • Papad
Method
1.

In a pan heat oil and add,onion and swat till translucent add some salt.Put off the flame.

2.

Now add remaining ingredients and mix well,warm up little bit on high flame.

3.

Roast papad and fold in a CONE shape,spoon sprout mixture and serve immediately.

4.

NOTE: In a same manner,you can make chat ,using any one or mix sprouts.

5.

NOTE: Avoid heat for kids.
