Sago Pudding,a very quick..easy...tasty..healthy dessert n palatable to all most each and everyone....!!!

Ingredients
  • For Pudding:
  • 250 ml whole milk (boiled)
  • 50 gram sago (soaked for 1 hrs)
  • 150 gram caster sugar or to taste
  • 1oo ml single cream
  • 1 teaspoon dry rose petals (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
  • 2 drops of rose essence
  • For Layering:
  • 2 teaspoon Rooh Afza sherbat
  • 5-7 cashew nuts (toasted and chopped)
  • 2 dry apricots (chopped)
  • 5 fresh orange segments (chopped)
  • For Serving:
  • 2 disposable small glass
  • For Garnish:
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry crush
  • 1 big rasgulla
  • few fresh rose petals
  • 5-6 pistachios (chopped)
  • segments of orange
Method
1.

For Pudding: In a non stick pan,heat milk,add sago and mix well.On very low flame cook covered for 6-10 min or till sago turns transparent.

Add sugar,mix well.Add cream and dry rose petals.Bring to room Temperature and add orange juice ,orange zest and rose essence,mix well and refrigerate for 1 hrs .

First cover or glaze the serving glass with strawberry crush.In a serving glass,spoon the sago pudding,then sprinkle rooh afza syrup,then sprinkle chopped nuts,then spoon sago pudding,then sprinkle chopped orange segments,then spoon sago pudding.

On top of the pudding place,1/2 cut big rasgulla,now sprinkle strawberry crush,fresh rose petals and chopped pistachios on it....Serve CHILLED.....YUMMMMM.

If you pour Hot Caramel or chocolate or butter scotch sauce over chilled pudding while serving; it tastes heaven..:)

NOTE:You can use any other fruit crush,instead of strawberries...Pineapple / Orange / Kiwi / any other berries crush taste nice with it.

NOTE: You can use any nuts.Pecan and raisins tastes devine in it.

NOTE: My VEGAN friends can use coconut milk,instead of whole milk and coconut cream instead of single cream.

8.

NOTE: You can use any fresh fruits instead of orange segments,strawberries or pineapple goes well with it.
