I <3 this recipe bcoz it's easy and healthy 2. :)
bcoz this pizza contains Semolina, rice flour, olive oil ....

  • Serves: 5 people
Ingredients
  • FOR BASE
  • 1) Semolina 1cup
  • 2) rice flour 1/2 cup
  • 3) purpose flour 1/4 cup
  • 4)salt (as per taste)
  • FOR TOPPING
  • Onion 1/2cup
  • Green pepper 1/2cup
  • tomato 1/2cup
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • chilli flakes
  • oregano's
Method
1.

Take a bowl and add semolina,rice flour,purpose flour and salt together with some water and make a thick batter.

let batter rest for 10 minus.

Take all veges and chop them in small pieces.

Now take a pan and add 1/2tbsp of olive oil and add a small quantity of batter and make a circle of it.

4.

When you pour batter on pan add some quantity of chopped onion, pepper, tomatoes and cheese. now cover it up with the help of some bowl and let it cook for at lest 5 minus.

And after that open the bowl and place your pan pizza on plate and add some chilli flakes and oregano's on it.
Now your semolina pan pizza is READY 2 EAT. ENJOY :)

I remeber making sooji pizza as a kid and it always turned out great.. It was a sunday snack for us kids :) You made me remember those lovely moments of my childhood :-P Thanks!!!!
