Tarbooj Besan Bhat...means...Watermelon gram flour rice.......A some what different taste,from regular pulav or khichdi......try it frnds...:)
In a pressure cooker,heat oil and add ingredients of tempering from 4 to 13,swat in between.Add soaked rice and swat for a min.
Now add salt,water melon juice and water and mix well,on high flame take 3 whistle,now put off the flame.
Now cool off the cooker little bit,open and add gram flour,mix well and on low flame cook covered for 5 min.
Serve hot...no accompaniments is required...taste yummy as it is...:)
