I really don"t have words for it;you just make it once and then tell me how you feel, when it melts in your mouth, crisp out side and soft in side..just yummm!!!
For Dough: In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients;one by one,mix with light hands and keep covered for 15 min in refrigerator.
In a kadai or deep pan, heat oil, for frying.Make small marble size balls or as u wish, give any shape, coat in semolina and in a hot oil deep fry till golden brown on high flame.
Now tuck tooth picks or satay sticks according to the size of lolly pops.Serve hot as it is with any hot sauce, along with hot or cold beverages.
NOTE:you can coat it with crushed corn flakes or potato slices or crushed flatten rice or crushed roasted peanuts for more crispiness and flavor.
NOTE: For making it gluten free avoid dalia (broken wheat)and use fresh corn crushed and little bit corn flakes also.
