I really don"t have words for it;you just make it once and then tell me how you feel,when it melts in your mouth,crisp out side and soft in side..just yummm!!!

  • Yields: around 12-15 samll lolly pops
Ingredients
  • For Dough:
  • 1/2 cup red grapes(seedless)(chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green grapes(chopped)
  • 1/4 cup black grapes(chopped)
  • 1/2 cup broken wheat(dalia)(soaked in warm water for 1/2 an hrs)
  • 1/4 cup rolling oats(crushed)
  • 1/4 cup puff rice(kurmura)(crushed)
  • 1/4 cup roasted gram(powder)
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts (roasted and crushed)
  • 1/4 cup or 1 medium size potato(boiled and mashed)
  • 1/4 cup green peas(blanched and crushed)
  • 1/4 cup or 10 leaves of spinach(blanched and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup french beans(blanched and finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander(chopped)
  • 5-6 green chillies(finely chopped) or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds(crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon dry coriander(roasted and crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 teaspoon anardana churan(pomegranate powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder(dry roasted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
  • For Coating:
  • Semolina -as needed
  • For Frying:
  • Vegetable Oil - as needed
  • For Serving:
  • tooth picks or small satay sticks as needed
Method
1.

For Dough: In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients;one by one,mix with light hands and keep covered for 15 min in refrigerator.

2.

In a kadai or deep pan,heat oil, for frying.Make small marble size balls or as u wish,give any shape,coat in semolina and in a hot oil deep fry till golden brown on high flame.

Now tuck tooth picks or satay sticks according to the size of lolly pops.Serve hot as it is with any hot sauce,along with hot or cold beverages.

NOTE:you can coat it with crushed corn flakes or potato slices or crushed flatten rice or crushed roasted peanuts for more crispiness and flavor.

5.

NOTE: For making it gluten free avoid dalia (broken wheat)and use fresh corn crushed and little bit corn flakes also.
