parantha,is a house hold name in India.It may be plain or stuffed.It is a very healthy n fullfilling breakfast,goes well with tea/coffee/lassi/yogurt/raita/as it is.

Ingredients
  • For Dough:
  • 1 cup wheat flour(can replace with sorgham/ quinoa flour)
  • 2 table spoon gram flour
  • 1 table spoon ragi flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • water as needed
  • Dry flour for dusting
  • For Stuffing:
  • 1 cup roasted and crushed papad (can use any papad)
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander,chopped
  • 1/4 cup garlic chutney
  • 2-3 finely chopped green chillies / as per taste /avoid
  • 1 tablespoon chat masala
  • Oil / butter as needed
Method
1.

For Dough:Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead normal dough with water,rest for 10 mins.

Make small balls out of dough and roll chaptti,apply garlic chutney over it,sprinkle papad crumbs,chat masala,coriander and green chillies.Cover it with another chapatti,seal and roll lightly.

3.

On a hot tawa/griddleroast the parantha from both sides,by using oil or butter,on low flame.(oil tastes better)

Serve hot with any condiments or gravies or raita"s or braverages of your choice....enjoyyyyyyyyyy:)))))))))))
