This one is again quick and easy to make snack for any surprise guests or for evening snack....with lots of variations in stuffing,so just try it out...:)

  • Yields: serves 1- 2 person
  • 4 slice fresh white bread (trimmed)
  • 2 table spoon fruit chutney
  • 2 table spoon rajkot chutney
  • 2 tablespoon soft butter
  • Butter paper
  • Cooking thread

On a plain surface,keep the butter paper and place the breads over lapping on each other.Just,roll lightly.


Apply butter evenly on the breads,to avoid it from sogging.


Now apply fruit chutney and rajkot chutney one by one on alternate bread.


Now with light hands,make tight roll of it;along with butter paper.


Refrigerate for 10 minutes and slice the roll and serve ,it tastes good with any hot or cold beverage.


NOTE: I had used white bread for the sake of color,but you can use any bread like wheat or multi grain.


NOTE: You can use any chutney or dip or sauce but make sure that it must be quite thick and not running.


NOTE:While choosing the spreads for pin wheels,also make sure that the two dips which you had choosen must go along very well,like if both the dip or sauce are tangy or if both are sweet or if both are spicy ,the taste of pinwheels will not taste good,so take care.
