A very healthy n tasty shake,can be taken in breakfast for instant energy...!!!

  • Yields: 2 big glass
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon oats flakes
  • 2 tablespoon honey or to taste
  • few ice cubes
Method
1.

In a blender add all ingredients and churn to make smooth puree,serve chilled.

NOTE: You can replace soy milk with cow"s milk or whole milk or skimmed milk.
