Ingredients
  • 100 gram tomatoes(blanched and peeled)
  • 50 grams beet(peeled and boiled)
  • 25 grams carrots(peeled and boiled)
  • 10 gram pomegranate juice(fresh)
  • 1o gram powder sugar
  • 10 ml. lemon juice
  • 3 gram cumin powder(roasted)
  • salt to taste
  • cream for garnishing(optional)
  • 300 ml veg. stock or water
Method
1.

In a mixer grinder place tomatoes,beet and carrot and churn well,make smooth paste.

In a pan ad the veggie paste add veg stock or water,salt,sugar and cumin powder,simmer for some time,put off the flame.

3.

Add pomegranate juice,lemon juice mix well,serve hot in a serving bowl and garnish with the cream.

Note;if you are using tatra pack juice then avoid sugar.
you can also go for orange juice instead of pomegranate juice,it also taste nice in this soup.
if you wish can avoid the juice totally,and i prefer the fresh juice over packed ones.
