Triple Szechuan Fried rice,is a complete meal in itself,contain fried rice,hakka noodles and gravy in one go.This is served from road side stalls to the five star restaurants in India,a very popular dish with all age group.
For Noodles:
Sprinkle dry cornflour over boiled noodles and deep fry till golden brown.
For Fried Rice:
Heat oil in a deep saucepan. Add vegetables along with spring onion and fry for a minute. Add rice and soya sauce and fry for 2 minutes. Add green part of spring onions and stir. Remove from heat.
For Sauce:
Heat oil in a big pan. Add all vegetables & stir-fry on high flame for 3 minutes. Add stock & boil for 2 minutes. Add all the sauces, seasoning & boil for a minute. Stirring continuously, add the corn flour slurry. Cook for 2 minutes & remove from heat.
For Serving:
Break the noodles into pieces and arrange on the serving plate. Pour the sauce on the noodles. Spread the rice over the sauce. Garnish with sauted bell peppers and wheels chopped spring onions greens.Serve hot....!!!
