Very quick and easy 2 make dish...U can add or subtract any ingredients depending on your choice and availabilty of the ingredients in this dish.Good choice for surprise visitors..:D

Ingredients
  • 1 big size maska butter khari (one type of savory biscuit)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (whipped)
  • 1 table spoon moth bean sprouts (blanched)
  • 1 tablespoon green peas (boiled)
  • 1 tablespoon onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon green apple (finely chopped)/or red one,i used green as it was handy
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint-coriander chutney /as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder / as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon green chilli (finely chopped)/as per taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon nylon sev
  • salt to taste
Method
1.

First dip the maska butter khari in luke warm water for 1 second and place in a serving bowl.

Now add all other ingredients in a given order,and immediately serve....:)

NOTE: As i told you earlier you can add any other veg like grated carrots or boiled potatoes or any other sprouts and any fruits like grated raw mango or fresh pomegranate or any nuts like raisins or chopped cashew nuts,to make it more richer in taste.

NOTE: If you don"t have this particular biscuit,you can replace it with either bun pav or toasted bread cut in round shape.

NOTE:My vegan friends or who are lactose intolerant;can absolutely avoid the yogurt and enjoy the dish.

i had a surprise guest at yesterday noon,who was die hard fan of chaats,i was quite tired;so made this with the ready 2 eat ingredients,available in my fridge....and u know what;it is very much appreciated by my friend,so sharing with u all guys...:):)
