my kitchen notes
I have been looking for the recipe or dish for the Indo chinese type Fried rice that you get in india. It is very different and tastier than the Chinese fried rice....But I never found one untill I stumbled upon this one....
I made this and it was AMAZING!!! Exactly like the Indo Chinese Fried Rice you get in India!!!! I will try it next time with chicken though ;) Even my kids (picky eaters) enjoyed it and were praising my culinary skills ;)
Thanks for posting this!

Sending you virtual hugs for saying this. Words just werent enough - so am hoping a tight hug would do :) --DK
This is a vegetarian website in case you did not notice. :) --DK
For that you need to add "schezwan sauce" to the fried rice. You can use store bought or homemade. Will post my version when I make some :) --DK
You used so many words already - how about using few more to actually give a constructive criticism - that way we can all decipher if you messed it up or if the recipe needs more details!! :) --DK
If you read through the post, you will find its just details and not the recipe or steps. This whole thing would take you about 15-20 min to make --DK
That's why I have mentioned "or Tamari " along with Soy Sauce given that wheat free versions of Tamari is available in the market which is gluten free. --DK
Yes, I was made aware of this in my FB page as well when I posted this recipe. Good to know. Thank you --DK
