Actually Kand (root vegetables )is rich in vitamin C, B6, diberty fiber, potassium & manganese and provides energy to the body. This bhakri is very good to start your day.....along with the protein in the form of curd / milk .......:)

Ingredients
  • 100 gram sorgham flour (jowar atta)
  • 100 gram rice flour
  • 100 gram potato(boiled and grated)
  • 100 gram sweet potato(boiled and grated)
  • 50 gram colocasia(boiled and grated)
  • 50 gram spring onion (chopped)
  • 50 gram onion greens (chopped)
  • 50 gram fresh fenugreek leaves (chopped)
  • 10 gram fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 5 gram fresh mint leaves (chopped)
  • 3-4 green chille (crushed)/ as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper / as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • water as needed
  • Oil / butter as needed (butter tastes good)
Method
1.

In a large bowl mix all,ingredients and make chapatti like dough.

Make lemon size balls and on butter paper,roll bhakaris.

3.

On hot tawa roast bhakaris from both sides on slow flame,by applying oil or butter.

4.

Serve hot with curd or raita and chilli pickle or cup of hot tea or coffee.

Note:If wish you can add wheat flour or all purpose flour to it.
Don"t keep dough for long time,use immediately as it will become hard to handle,if kept for too long.
If not able to manage,use dry rice flour for rolling bhakari.
